Brief Description:
Al Jeel Al Jadeed Group was established in 1958 with the name of Al-Jeel Al-Jadeed Bookshop. It dealt in purchasing and selling books, newspapers and magazines for a short time. Then it focused on importing stationery items for a long time from Lebanon, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
The official commercial registration document for importing was issued in 1969 under the number 1052 by the Ministry of Supply and Trade. Approximately, at the end of 1972, the Group started officially in importing stationery from different countries of the world via Hodeidah SeaPort.
From that time on, AAG became one of the biggest importers in the Rep. of Yemen in this Field. As our activities varied and expanded, the Commercial Name changed to the existing name of AAG.
Our Mission:
We, in AAG, seek the exaltation of Culture and educational level of community individuals, corporations and companies in and abroad Yemen, through printing, publishing, manufacturing and importing all kinds (types) of Books, Stationery and Paper, which are Famous with their quality and advanced technology. This distinguishes us among our competitors and gives our group excellent and great reputation and a distinctive trademark, which make us, earn suitable earnings, helping us in importing and expanding our activities, products, services and branches. From all that, workers, cognitive proprietors and AAG stockholders benefited.
 
AAG Activities:

AAG Commercial and industrial activities have been divided into eight divisions in which every division specializes in various sets of items, to which specialized staff belong. This divisions are as follows:-

  1. Paper Division.
  2. School and office supplies division.
  3. Pens division.
  4. Stationery division.
  5. Files and wrapping division.
  6. Office electronics & ink division.
  7. Books division.
  8. Verification and publishing Division.
